Dale has recently joined the Poole Group and is working for Don Poole's team as an undergraduate accountant. Dale is in his second year at the USC, studying a dual Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree.

Kerri is the manager of Don Poole's Group and has a Bachelor of Business and is CPA qualified. Kerri has 15 years experience in public practice dealing with taxation compliance and advice. Kerri began her career in Stanthorpe and Toowoomba where she dealt with many primary production businesses before moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2000.

Kristy has been working at the Poole Group since August 2008 for Kerry McManus' team as an undergraduate accountant. Kristy is in her second year at USC, studying for her Bachelor of Accounting degree.

Lucy graduated from the University of Sunshine Coast in June 2012 with a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
